Be the frontline force driving solar adoption in your territory. You’ll prospect, pitch, and convert leads — educating customers on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar. Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial solar solutions. You’ll independently manage your pipeline, close deals, and guide junior team members where needed. Prior experience in field or consultative sales is preferred. A consistent drive to exceed targets and a results-first attitude are non-negotiable.

Handle documentation, subsidy applications, government filings, and permit submissions related to solar installations. You’ll maintain accurate records, track application statuses, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure compliance timelines are met. Attention to detail and familiarity with government portals is a strong plus.

Support the operations team in coordinating across vendors, clients, and internal departments on a day-to-day basis. You’ll track project statuses, assist with documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups across all pending items. Strong organizational skills and clear, confident communication — written and verbal — are a must.

Build and sustain the team that powers Green Ocean Solar. You’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, GST filings, and statutory compliance for a fast-growing solar company. You’ll work closely with leadership on budgeting, cash flow planning, and audit readiness. Proficiency in Tally or equivalent accounting software and a solid grasp of Indian taxation laws are expected.

Oversee end-to-end solar installation projects — from site assessment and crew coordination to quality checks and client handover. You’ll manage timelines, enforce safety standards, and serve as the single point of accountability for on-ground execution. Hands-on technical knowledge of solar PV systems is required.

Own Green Ocean Solar’s brand presence across digital and offline channels. From campaign planning and content strategy to lead generation and performance tracking, you’ll shape how the world sees us. We need someone analytical, creative, and comfortable managing external partners, budgets, and multiple timelines — all at once.

Drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team focused on residential and commercial solar adoption. You’ll own targets, develop go-to-market strategies, and mentor executives to close effectively. Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales — ideally in energy, real estate, or infrastructure — is a strong advantage.

You’ll be the central nerve of our operations — coordinating across teams, managing vendor and client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
